TMNT Video Game: Video Review

Earllier this month, I had a look at TMNT for the Nintendo DS and while I was sincerely hoping that the new CG-animated movie and accompanying video game would revitalize the franchise, it unfortunately came up short. But about the console-based video game? Would a more powerful gaming machine breathe enough life into the turtles to make an action-adventure platformer actually worthwhile?

Well, based on the video review above, the answer is sadly no. It plays like Prince of Persia without the polish, they say. The single-player campaign is too short, they say. And although the ninja turtles are all about teamwork, there is no multiplayer mode to speak of. Yup, the reviewers certainly were not impressed. Shame.
