Rumor Mill: Diablo 3 Release Date

Blizzard's highly-anticipated action RPG has been the subject of both admiration and derision since it was announced. After the revelation of its Wizard class, news surrounding the game have died down. That changed today, though the news isn't official. The rumor mill has revealed the possible release date for Diablo 3.

According to the source, the game will be released on December 24. I guess that means PC gamers will be populating Battle.net on Christmas Day. If you can't wait that long, there's said to be a multiplayer beta on September 11.

There's system requirements have been revealed as well.

Operating System: Windows XP/Vista
Processor: 1.4GHz or higher CPU
RAM: 1Gb or more.
Video: 128Mb video card Dx9
Hard Drive Space: 4-8GB
