Review: Resident Evil 5

To say that Resident Evil 5 has big shoes to fill in is an understatement. The last installment, Resident Evil 4, resurrected the troubled series from the depths of repetition. The game that was synonymous with survival horror recycled the formula too many times that it was losing its appeal. RE4 reinvented the series and placed more emphasis on action. Though the game lost most of the horror because of the move, it was a very welcome change. Will the next chapter in the story be able to emulate that success? Here's what the US Official PlayStation Magazine had to say

"The good news is that this game is that good," says the mag. "Hours after playing through Resident Evil 5 once I'm already thinking about different strategies, load-outs and approaches to the game scenarios."
