Nintendo Wii Launched

nintendo_wii_consoles.jpgIf you live in North America, and you live Nintendo, you are probably enjoying playing your Nintendo Wii by now. At first we thought the name was rediculous, but the console has really grown on many people.

The Nintendo Wii console includes the unique Nunchuk Wii Remote controller, and a collection of five different Wii Sports games in the package. It definetly is a different experience, and one that just about anyone should be able to take advantage of.

“Wii reinvents games for the devoted player,” says Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime. “But more importantly, Wii breaks the wall separating players from non-players by delivering the best game experiences for the most affordable price. We believe the next leap is games for the masses – young and old, gamer or non, alone, with a friend or with the whole family.”

Nintendo also recently announced that an amazing 62 Wii games will be available within the first five weeks of launch and if you favourite game store is sold out right now, don't fret, as weekly shipments will be sent out.
