Mario Kart Wii Battle Mode Video

While many people enjoy racing around in Mario Kart, one of the more addictive modes has to be the balloon battle. It's not about how fast you can drive, but rather what weapons you can get and how to best use them. In the video above, you can watch what it will be like to play the balloon battle in Mario Kart Wii with 12 players simultaneously.

Needless to say, when you have 12 cartoon characters driving around throwing banana peels and koopa shells, the action gets pretty hectic! Now imagine how much fun you'll have tossing red shells at people halfway across the world via the Nintendo WFC. I'm totally looking forward to this latest addition to the Mario Kart series.
