LEGO Batman Trailer Features Two Villains

I'm not sure what these two are doing together, but looks like Catwoman and the Riddler are teaming up in this trailer from the upcoming LEGO Batman game. Have they ever joined forces in the comic book?

The gameplay video shows that Catwoman's whip looks like a fun weapon to wield. Not to be outdone by the femme fatale, the Riddler displays some smooth moves and combos using that staff of his. Where's the Joker? I'm looking forward to a bag full of fatal joy buzzers and clouds of lethal laughing gas.
