Blizzard Teases, Gamers Speculate

blizzard.JPG

There are two things on the radar today: Blizzard and Square Enix. I'll deal with Blizzard first.

The company behind Warcraft, StarCraft & Diablo is doing what Jessica Alba and Jennifer Love Hewitt have been doing for years: teasing men (and probably women) by showing a little something but never really taking it off. If you head over to the official site, you'll see a timeline of Blizzard's games over the years followed by a big question mark at the end. The first two Warcraft titles are highlighted, but at this point, your guess is as good as mine.

As if that wasn't enough, Destructoid reports that StarCraft: Ghost, the shooter StarCraft spin-off that went on indefinite postponement a couple of months ago, is now available for pre-order. Until now I've heard no news about the game, especially nothing about it going gold so again, it's all a mystery. The only good thing about all this teasing is that we'll eventually see something at the end.

Tomorrow: Square Enix and all things Final Fantasy.
